Registration and using the Go Live Meet
In order to use Go Live Meet, the user must provide their personal data required for the order to be fulfilled, i.e., their first and last name, email address. Any user who is a natural (physical) person also has the ability to log into the application with the use of Email Id or Social Media Account Registrations. Logging in may be related to transferring data to the system in accordance with respective Social Media Account Hosts terms and conditions of service.
The legal basis for processing the user’s personal data included in the registration form is the user’s consent.
Any data provided through the registration form shall be stored in a database. Aside from any personal data, details of registration, such as the date of registration and IP address, shall be gathered within the database.
E-mail correspondence
When contacting with Go Live Meet via e-mail, the user discloses their email address as the sender of a message. Moreover, the message sent by the user may include other personal data. The legal basis for processing personal data in such case is the consent resulting from initiating contact with the data servers. Personal data of the user which is shared with us as part of e-mail correspondence is processed only with the purpose of processing the email request from the user. Contents of the correspondence may be archived.
User’s content
1. The user grants the Go Live Meet a non-exclusive and unlimited license to any content transferred to the system does not constitute personal data, for the entire time when they use the application, in the following fields of use: creating, multiplication, displaying and reproducing in public, storing within the memory of a computer, a server or a computer network or any other storage device, and publishing on the Internet.
2. The User is obliged to refrain from:

3. copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting or using in any other way of any content or databases shared with them as part of the application, with the exception of making use of them within the allowed scope of use,
4. undertaking any activities, which may obstruct or disturb the functioning of the application or using the application in any way which would cause inconvenience to any other users
5. using the application in any way which would be in breach of the current law, principles of morality, infringe any personal rights of third persons or interests of the Controller of Personal Data.
Server logs
Using the Go Live Meet is related to sending requests to a server on which the application is stored. Each such request is stored within server logs.
The Logs include, among others, the IP address, date and server time, information about the browser and operating system used by the user. Logs are gathered and stored on the server.
Any data stored within server logs is not paired with any particular person using the service and it is not used by us to identify its users.
Server logs are only used as auxiliary material for the purpose of administering the application and their content is not ever disclosed to anyone other than authorized server administrators.
